Download Button on Design Page: One of the most practical suggestions that caught my attention was the idea of incorporating a download button directly on the design page. This would streamline the process of exporting and saving our designs and creations, saving us valuable time and enhancing workflow efficiency.
Artboard Style Design Area for Different Page Sizes: I was fascinated by the notion of having an artboard-style design area that caters to various page sizes. This feature would be incredibly beneficial for graphic designers and marketers alike, allowing us to visualize our designs in context and tailor them to specific platforms with ease. Quickly create one design space for a project and have all your images and graphics in one space. Honestly, this update alone would be one I would rave about for years.

Audio Captions Generator. How this has not been added to Canva video by now is beyond me. The feature feels like something very basic in 2024, but is still missing in Canva.

Being held in May 2024 at Hollywood Park in L.A. The stage is set for Canva Create 2024, an event that promises to be a pivotal moment in the design world.
This event will feature talks from Canva founders Mel, Cliff, and Cameron, along with speakers Bob Iger, CEO of The Walt Disney Company, Nekesa Mumbi Moody, Co-Editor-in-Chief at The Hollywood Reporter, and Guy Kawasaki, Chief Evangelist of Canva and host of the Remarkable People podcast.
You can either grab your ticket and attend in person or sign up and watch online with people from around the world. Which ever way you join in this excitement, I look forward to hearing from you about features you’d like to see.
